- Preparation of event budget
- Creating a planning checklist
- Preparation of event schedule/timeline
- Drawing up event theme, design and style
- Menu selection and food flow planning
- Assist with selection of event attire and accessories (if required)
- Selection, negotiating and booking of suitable vendors for your event.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure services / products are provided in full and on time
