(Full planning package)

This is a fully inclusive package for the Client that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details from vision to execution and is tailor made to suit you so you can sit back and savour your day like the special guest of honour that you are.

This package includes:

  1. Initial consultation with client
  2. Venue sourcing and booking
  3. Preparation of event budget
  4. Creating a planning checklist
  5. Preparation of event schedule/timeline
  6. Drawing up event theme, design and style
  7. Menu selection and food flow planning
  8. Assist with selection of event attire and accessories (if required)
  9. Selection, negotiating and booking of suitable vendors for your event.
  10. Coordinate with vendors to ensure services / products are provided in full and on time
  11. Distribution of aso-ebi/souvenirs (Client to bear cost of logistics)
  12. Coordination of personal vendors (hairstylist, make-up etc)
  13. Complimentary bridal shower planning

RNS Signature
(Partial Planning Package)

For clients who want to be actively involved in managing their own planning process, this package offers our professional assistance to guide and support you all the way, relieving you of the stress leading up to your big day.

This package includes:

  1. Initial consultation with the client
  2. Overseeing of event budget
  3. Creating a planning checklist
  4. Preparation of event schedule/timeline
  5. Visit to selected venue to go over setup details
  6. Drawing of a floor plan for all ceremony spaces
  7. Assist with perfecting event theme, design and style
  8. Establish connection with selected vendors for your event.
  9. Menu selection (Food & drinks)
  10. Event and food flow planning
  11. Set up and tear down monitoring
  12. Complimentary bridal shower planning

RNS Spotlight
(On-the-day coordination)

A few celebrants love the planning process as much as we do and only require coordination on the event day. This package is designed to allow us to do the heavy lifting on D-Day while you sit back, relax and enjoy the celebration.

 

This package includes:

  1. Visit to selected venue to go over setup details
  2. Drawing of a floor plan for all ceremony spaces
  3. Oversee reception set up and logistics
  4. Establish connection with selected vendors for your event.
  5. Preparation of event flow and D-Day itinerary
  6. Set up and tear down monitoring

RNS Serendipity
(After Party Planning)

After all is done and you are ready to let your hair down, leave us to throw you a party with a cherry on top! We understand how to ignite great parties and have what it takes to keep you and your guests entertained for hours on end. So whether you had help planning your event or you did it alone, we are available to plan after parties exclusively
